BOARD

The BWPCA Board consists of five members, as follows:
Board President - Dave Orlando
 
Dave Orlando joined the Board in May 2021, filling in for Paul Casner who sold his unit in March 2021. Paul's term as Board member (and now Dave's) expires in November 2022. In May 2021, Dave assumed the role of President until the annual & budget meeting held in December 2021.
 
Dave is currently serving again as President for 2021-2022.

Board Vice President - Gerry Tonoff
 
Gerry re-joined the Board in 2018 and served as Vice President from 2018-2020.
 
Gerry was re-elected to the Board in November 2019 for a two-year term, expiring in November 2021. He served as Vice President for 2019-2021.
 
Gerry was re-elected to the Board in December 2021 for a two-year term, expiring in December 2023.
 
Gerry is currently serving again as Vice President for 2021-2022.

Board Secretary - Jim Derasmo
 
Jim joined the Board in 2018 and served as Member-at-Large from 2018-2019 and Secretary from 2019-2020.
 
Jim was re-elected to the Board in November 2019 for a two-year term, expiring in November 2021. He served as Secretary for 2019-2021 and was responsible for all aspects of the BWPCA website.
 
Jim was re-elected to the Board in December 2021 for a two-year term, expiring in December 2023.
 
Jim is currently serving again as Secretary for 2021-2022 and has primary responsibility for the BWPCA website.

Board Member-at-Large - Scott Ulvi
 
Scott was re-elected to the Board in December 2021 for a two-year term, expiring in December 2023. 
 
Prior to Scott, Howard Howell had served as Member-at-Large from November 2020 to December 2020 and tendered his resignation on 12/12/2020 due to the sale of his unit. At that time, Karen Meyers was appointed to serve as Member-at-Large, which she did until the elections in December 2021. We thank both Howard and Karen for their service and numerous contributions.
 
Scott is currently serving as Member-at-Large for 2021-2022. Effective August 3, 2022, Scott as assumed the interim role of Treasurer, assuming these responsibilities from Rudy Buono who resigned on the same date.

Board Treasurer - Rudy Buono
 
Rudy joined the Board in 2018 and served as Treasurer from 2018-2020.
 
Rudy was re-elected to the Board in November 2019 for a one-year term, expiring in November 2020. He served as Treasurer for 2019-2020.
 
Rudy was re-elected to the Board in November 2020 for a two-year term, expiring in November 2022, where he served as Treasurer for 2020-2021.
 
Rudy is served as Treasurer from 12/2021 to 8/2022, where he resigned from the Board. We thank Rudy for his numerous contributions and selfless dedication to the Board and role as Treasurer. This role is being filled by Member At-Large Scott Ulvi on an interim basis, effective August 3, 2022.

Past Board President - Paul Casner
 
Paul re-joined the Board in 2018 and served as President from 2018-2020.

Paul was re-elected to the Board in November 2020 for a two-year term, expiring in November 2022. Due to the sale of his unit in March 2021, Paul served as President until May 2021, when Dave Orlando joined the Board, filling Paul's term as Board member until November 2022.
